It's been reported in June and July in the UK media that a batch of redesigned 2008 UK 20p coins entered circulation without a date on either side. An uncharacteristic error in Quality Control by The Royal Mint has allowed an estimated 200,000 of these to go into circulation. This is the first time in 300 years that this happened. Can these coins be worth a small fortune?
